The control circuit system adopts Japan programmable controller(PLC) for realizing simple, reliable and stable control on the circuit.
With pneumatic control of screen plate lifting, the printing units are equipped with adjustable vacuum suction system, which can greatly improve the printing precision. The machine is also equipped with blowing device.
The scrapping printing and word platform movement adopts servo motor and frequency converter. It can make sure the reliability and safe operation with high precision linear guiding rail.
The machine has adjustable printing process and plate fixing unit for different specifications of printing area.
